Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A credit card deposit equal to 50% of the room, taxes and fees for your entire stay will be taken at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be processed on the day of your arrival.
For one-night stays, full payment for the room is necessary at the time of booking.
Given our intimate size and prime location, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. Therefore, we have a strict cancellation policy:
Suites: Cancellations are allowed without charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposits cannot be transferred to a future date; however, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance. If you wish to ensure room availability, consider reserving your room for the night prior.
Late checkout requests cannot be confirmed in advance but may be granted on the day of departure at the discretion of our Front Office staff. Additional fees may apply.
Smoking Policy
All accommodations at the Kress Hotel are smoke-free. A fee ranging from $300 to $800 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
